You are unable to extend or suspend this subscription period and Stewardship Finance Academy will not enter into any correspondence or discussion regarding any such extension or suspension.

You acknowledge that your access and use of the Website, Product, Service or Materials is subject to Stewardship Finance Academy receiving all fees payable by you in relation to the Website, Product, Service and Materials, and your ongoing compliance with these terms and conditions.

You must only access and/or use the Website, Product, Service and Materials for your own personal individual use. You must only use the Website, Product, Service and Materials in the manner specified and for the purpose for which it is intended.

Usernames and Passwords

Where Stewardship Finance Academy identifies that you have disclosed your Username and Password to other persons to access the Website, Product, Service or Materials, any refund due to you as specified in the refund policy will become null and void. Further, you acknowledge that Stewardship Finance Academy reserves the right to terminate access and/or use of the website for breaching this agreement.

In the absence of notice from you that the confidentiality of your username and password has been compromised, Stewardship Finance Academy will be entitled to construe all activity in relation to the Website, Product, Service or Materials using that username and password as being for and on behalf of you, and you agree to pay all fees so incurred and to take responsibility for all actions of persons using your username and password.

Fees

You acknowledge and agree that the fee in respect of accessing and/or using the Product, Service and Materials is payment for the grant to you of the right to access and/or use the Product, Service and Materials, as the case may be, irrespective of the period of time you have access and use of the Product, Service or Materials. The fee will not be refundable except as otherwise specifically stated in the Website, Product, Service or Materials.

Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that Stewardship Finance Academy owns all the right, title and interest in the Website, Products, Services and Materials and in the intellectual property rights (including but not limited to the copyright, ideas, concepts, know-how and trade marks) in the Website, Products, Services and Materials and all related source code, content and artwork. You must not use Stewardship Finance Academy s intellectual property rights in any way whatsoever.

Termination

Stewardship Finance Academy may immediately terminate your access and/or use of the Website, Product, Service and/or Materials if you are in breach of any of these terms and conditions or if Stewardship Finance Academy ceases to offer that Website, Product, Service and/or Materials. These terms and conditions will continue to operate until terminated by Stewardship Finance Academy.

You may cancel your Account or the Services subscription at any time. To cancel your Account or the Services subscription, you must notify us before the start of the next Subscription Term using the appropriate functionalities of the Services or by contacting us at info@stewardshipfinanceacademy.com.

Refund

We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the services you asked for.

But you can choose to cancel your online class, and receive a refund for unconsumed services, if the service has a major problem. This is when the class:

• Has a problem that would have stopped someone from purchasing the service if they had known about it
• Is substantially unfit for its common purpose, and can’t be easily fixed within a reasonable time
• The accuracy, truth, and appropriateness of materials posted on your site (including, among other things, all Product-related materials and any information you include within or associate with Special Links)
• Does not meet the specific purpose you asked for an cannot be easily rectified within a reasonable time
• Creates an unsafe situation

For renewal purposes, if adequate notice is not received and your credit card is subsequently charged, you will not receive a refund. In the event that the Stewardship Finance Academy suspends or terminates your Account or this Agreement, you agree that you will receive no refund or exchange for any of the Services, any unused time on a subscription, any license or Fee for any portion of the Subscription Term, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.

By accepting the Free Trial Offer (the “Offer”), you agreed the Stewardship Finance Academy will not notify and/or send any reminder to you of your right to cancel your subscription and the Stewardship Finance Academy will not refund your Service Subscription fee after the “Free Trial” period is elapsed. You further agreed you are waiving your rights to file any claims, including class action claim or claims referenced at clause 12.3 against the Stewardship Finance Academy under any Consumer Protection Laws and Business and Professions Codes.

Liability

You acknowledge and agree that Stewardship Finance Academy’s liability is limited to providing access to and use of the Website, Product, Service and Materials, as the case may be. Stewardship Finance Academy will not be liable to you for any loss, damage (including any remote, indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage) suffered by you in accessing or using the Website, Products, Services or Materials.

The information in the Website, Products, Services and Materials is liable to change at any time.

Stewardship Finance Academy has endeavoured to ensure the reliability of the views and recommendations in the Website, Product, Service and Materials.
